New Bedroom!!
In June we installed hardwood flooring...well we have finally finished our bedroom.
So as promised I am posting some before and after pictures. I love the new look. It was time to get rid of the RED paint. Larry is not so crazy about the new color, but I have gotten lots of compliments. What do you think??? Also, take note of who's bedside table is cleaner. The one on the left side is mine!!!!

That looks so good! I'm impressed. Looks like a pale green?? We had pale green throughout our old house and I loved it. I'm thinkin of painting our master bedroom pale green. Guess now that you've done it first I'll just be copying you though. Oh well. Everyone went through the red phase - guess the new color will probably be green.
Wow,I love it. I can't believe how much lighter it makes the room look!!
Good job
The red was better. easy to see why Larry is not to fond of the new color. That's usually what happens when we let our wives get their way... They ruin our bedroom :)) I think the wood floor would be too cold for me. but then again i don't live in an inferno city either. the floor really looks awesome.
Well believe it or not, it does actually get kinda cold here, and Larry does not believe in turning the heat on until it feels freezing~it is so hot here right now....I hate it!!
P.S. your blog needs to be updated!!!!!!!!!!
So pretty! I love it.
It all looks great. I really love the bedspread, where did you get it? Light colors are so good, they are so calming. Red is good too, but we all need to change things up at times. Nothing will ever look as good as wood floors, I love mine, but I do have to admit it does get a little chili at times. Great Job!
I got the duvet from Pottery Barn. I could get into some serious trouble at that store. That is where ther curtains and the white trunk came from also. I love hardwood floors. I am a little worried about it getting cold during the winter.
Looks very nice! I started looking at the pics and I am thinking.... it looks the same as I remembered it:). I guess I should have figured the 'before & after' part:). I love the curtains.... But I don't think I can afford pottery barn!
Actually the curtains were very affordable. I love them too, they have smocking at the top.
It looks crisp and clean really cute room, I love the trunk i wated one so bad whe i saw it in the catolog but it was out of my budget! lucky you!!
