Decorationg...Finally done!!
I finally finished putting the Christmas decorations up...so much work goes in to decorating and after a month, I get to take it all down! This year I ditched all the old tree ornaments and bought new, I am really pleased with the outcome. Yesterday, we had our plantation shutters installed, you can sort of see them in some of the pictures! I love how they look!

Kris...your house looks GREAT! You are so talented. I wish you could see my tree right now...it has already been re-decorated many times by my boys...scary:)
Wow! I don't know where to start.... let's see... the shutters look great! I love the candy jars and especially the striped red ornaments! The tree looks fantastic too! I also dread taking everything down in 25 more days:(. I I know it makes a difference in how much I decorate!
Heather, I bet your tree is adorable....I remember those days when I let my girls decorate the tree, I use to put the ornaments that they made in the back facing the window, when they asked me why, I told them "so the people looking in can see them"...they believed it, now they laugh about it!
Wow... your house looks SO good! I love how you put the ornaments in glass vases/urns on your kitchen table. I have been horrible this year when it comes to decorations. I barely got the Christmas tree up last night and I didn't even do Christmas lights on the front of the house! How sad huh?! Oh well..... Christmas really snuck up on me this year and I don't really want to go through all the work just to have it up for two weeks. But then I see houses like yours and I wish I had gone all out.
Maybe I'll just steal your pictures and scrapbook em as if they were my own. haha. Then the kids will think I was a super mom. ;)
I want your tree!!! My tree is up and has been for a week however there are no lights or ornaments on it yet...I know...I am pathetic!
Your house looks great!!! I love the shutters. It is amazing how much they change the whole look of a home. I think mine have been my favorite investment so far I love them.
